- Create a new javascript file attached to this topic using my template javascript file as a base.
- Rebuild the form using Foswiki CSS classes for the widgets.
- Add selectors in the form for species and reference sequence.
- Use a variant selector packaged in its own topic.
Seq Builder
- Specify a reference seq and a list of variants.
- A full sequence is then reconstructed. by specifying a reference sequence and a list of variants.
